A Place to Pause

For much of my career, I've had the privilege of sitting with people during some of the most meaningful and difficult moments of their lives. One thing I've learned is how important it can be to have someone who will simply listen—to the story, the questions, the grief, and sometimes even the things we don't quite have words for yet.

That's one of the reasons I created Arise.

I wanted to create a space where people can slow down for a while, talk about what is happening in their lives, and have room to think about what matters most to them.

Arise offers Spiritual Companioning, support for emotional well-being, and a place to navigate grief and life's transitions.

I'm excited—and honestly, a little humbled—to begin this new chapter. I don't know exactly where it will lead, but I know I'm grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside people as they find their way through whatever season they're in.

If you're curious about Arise, I'd love for you to take a look.
