A place to pause, be heard, and find hope.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of sitting with people through some of life's most meaningful and challenging moments—in hospitals, hospice care, faith communities, and private practice. Again and again, I've seen that something important happens when people are given the time and space to slow down, tell their story, and know they are truly heard.
Â
That's why I created Arise—a place where you can pause, reflect, and find compassionate support for wherever you are today.

I'm Sharon Collignon, a Board Certified Chaplain and Master of Arts in Christian Counseling. Whether you're longing for a deeper spiritual life, seeking relief from anxiety and stress, or finding your way through grief or a significant life transition, you'll be met with compassion, respect, and thoughtful care.

My Approach
Every person carries a unique story, shaped by experiences, relationships, questions, and hopes. My role is not to tell you what your story should be, but to create a place where you can explore it with honesty, curiosity, and compassion.

I won't rush to offer quick answers or easy solutions. Together, we'll slow down, listen deeply, and discover practical ways to navigate life's challenges while finding greater peace, clarity, and confidence in the path ahead.

My hope is that you'll leave each conversation feeling heard, understood, and better equipped for whatever comes next.  You don't have to navigate this alone.
Professional Background
My work is grounded in both professional training and years of experience accompanying people through life's most meaningful and challenging moments.
